1. Company Information

2. Wholesale Business Only
We primarily sell products in bulk to retailers, distributors, e-commerce sellers, Amazon sellers, hotels, gyms, salons, promotional companies, and other business buyers.
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product, material, size, color, design, customization, and packaging requirements.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate product details, including sizes, colors, materials, GSM, weight, packaging, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, fabric availability, screen display differences, and production batches.
Product images shown on the website are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final product.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All prices are provided based on the customer’s specific order requirements, including product type, quantity, material, size, color, GSM, branding, packaging, and shipping destination.
Quotes are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, prices may change without prior notice due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, labor costs, shipping charges, or other market conditions.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after the customer approves the final quotation, product specifications, payment terms, and any required artwork, labels, packaging, or samples.
For custom orders, production will begin only after written approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation. Depending on the order type and customer agreement, we may require full payment or an advance deposit before production begins.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, and payment processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
7. Custom Orders and Private Label Products
We offer custom manufacturing, private label, branding, logo embroidery, custom packaging, tags, labels, and other personalized services.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, brand files, label information, barcode details, FNSKU labels, packaging instructions, and any other required details.
Once custom production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or written agreement.
8. Samples
Samples may be available upon request. Sample cost, customization cost, and shipping charges may apply.
Sample approval does not guarantee that bulk production will be 100% identical, as slight variations in color, texture, size, GSM, or finishing may occur during bulk manufacturing.
9. Production Time
Production time depends on order quantity, product type, customization, raw material availability, packaging requirements, and current production workload.
Any production timeline provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including material shortages, customs delays, shipping delays, weather, strikes, political conditions, or other unexpected events.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We can arrange shipping from Pakistan to the United States or other agreed destinations by air freight, sea freight, courier, or other logistics methods.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, clearance fees, port charges, warehouse fees, and local delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, ports, freight forwarders, weather, inspections, or other third-party services.
11. Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into the destination country.
The buyer is also responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, and complying with all local laws, labeling rules, product safety regulations, and marketplace requirements in the United States or any other destination country.
12. Amazon FBA and 3PL Shipments
We may assist with Amazon FBA, 3PL warehouse, retail warehouse, or direct business shipments when requested by the buyer.
The buyer must provide correct FNSKU labels, carton labels, barcode files, shipping plans, packaging instructions, and warehouse delivery requirements.
We are not responsible for shipment rejection, delays, penalties, relabeling costs, storage fees, or other issues caused by incorrect buyer-provided information or changes in Amazon, 3PL, or marketplace policies.
13. Inspection and Quality Claims
The buyer must inspect the products immediately upon receipt.
Any claim related to missing items, damaged goods, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 7 days after delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
To review a claim, we may require photos, videos, order details, carton labels, packing information, and other evidence.
14. Returns and Refunds
Due to the wholesale and custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the products are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was supplied.
Custom-made, private label, branded, or specially manufactured products cannot be returned or refunded unless approved by us in writing.
If a return or refund is approved, the process, amount, and shipping responsibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
15. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once materials are purchased, production has started, branding has been applied, or packaging has been prepared, the order cannot be canceled.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to deductions for material costs, labor, sampling, artwork, packaging, banking fees, and other expenses already incurred.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, product descriptions, and layout, is owned by Airtex Ltd or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our website content without written permission.
For custom orders, the buyer confirms that they own or have permission to use any logos, brand names, artwork, trademarks, labels, or designs provided to us.
The buyer agrees to hold us harmless from any claims related to trademark, copyright, or intellectual property disputes arising from buyer-provided materials.
17. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of sales, marketplace suspension, delayed launch, storage fees, customs penalties, or business interruption.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order related to the claim.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, war, strikes, labor issues, transportation delays, customs delays, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, raw material shortages, political unrest, or other unexpected circumstances.
19. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
20. Privacy
Any personal or business information submitted through our website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may use your contact details to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, arrange shipping, and communicate regarding business matters.
